At Badgers Holt we pride ourselves on being a flexible wedding venue, offering simple venue hire, that gives you the freedom to plan your day exactly as you envisage it. 

If you are looking for a bit more support - or an all inclusive experience - we are here to help. We can connect you with our trusted suppliers, provide wedding coordination, and guide you through the planning stages.

But we also understand that everyone's celebration is different, that's why we are happy to create a bespoke quote tailored to your vision, your needs and budget.

Simple Venue Hire

Badgers Holt Simple Venue Hire

This package is  for couples wanting to oversee and arrange their day independently. Couples will organise their own suppliers. ( We however are more than happy to support, advise and suggest suppliers)  

What this package will include:

​

​

  • Access  to the Venue for set up the day before from 12pm-5pm

  • Exclusive use of our full venue for the day, including our beautiful Lucky Tor wedding suite for 2 nights

  • Choice of 3 ceremony locations, Riverside Pergola alongside the River Dart for outdoor ceremonies, for indoor ceremonies either our Banquet Fireside room for intimate weddings or our Riverside Garden Room

  • Wedding co-ordinator for the day, to include ceremony set up, and set up for evening festivities

  • Drinks Package ( Welcome Cocktail, Red/White table wine, Still and Sparkling water and Prosecco for toasts)​

  • Cake knife and stand

  • Late licensed cash/card payment bar & bar staff until 12am (extension to 1am available by request)

  • Evening Pastes or Hot Dogs

  • DJ for evening

  • Festoon lighting, wood burner & fire pits

  • Free guest parking

  • Guest self catering accommodation for up to 22 guests bookable separately. Please see our accommodation page

2026 prices start from £5,625  (off season) to  £8,925  (high season)

Pricing varies based on the time of year you book your wedding. We are happy to accommodate additional extras you may wish, you can design your own wedding options by contacting us directly

We can help organise and provide supplier information for additional  extras such as: Late night carriages, marquee hire (recommended for larger weddings), wedding cake etc.

Full Celebration

​

Full day hire of the venue to celebrate an occasion, with a food truck/ street food included

These can be amended to suit your own individual preferences, we are happy to do a bespoke quote for you. Minimum 40 guests, minimum 75 guests, maximum 120 guests.

What this package will include:​

  • Exclusive use of our full venue for the day, including our beautiful Lucky Tor wedding suite for 2 nights

  • Wedding coordinators for the day to include ceremony set up and for set up evening festivities 

  • Choice of 3 Ceremony locations, Riverside Pergola, alongside the River Dart Or for  Indoor ceremony spaces Banquet Fireside room, Riverside Garden Room and Bar 

  • Guest Welcome drink ( glass of Mimosa, bottle of Ale, Lager or Cider)

  • Street food/ food truck ( e.g. Paella, BBQ, Hog Roast Pizza Van) for wedding banquet meal ( a budget of £2,500 has been allowed for but final price is dependant upon supplier and menu selection)

  • Prosecco for Toasts 

  • DJ for the evening

  • Evening food ( Choice of pasties or hot dogs)​​​

  • Late licensed cash/card payment bar & bar staff until 12am (extension to 1am available by request)

  • Event co-ordinator for the day, to include ceremony set up, banquet arrangement and set up for evening festivities

  • Festoon lighting, wood burner & fire pits

  • Furniture arrangement
